Gold Room

Our larger private dining room can accommodate up to 14 guests at one rectangular table.

A contract and set menu are required for this room.

Events in this room are subject to a $150 Event Fee which goes towards the reception, floral arrangements, printing and coordination of your event.

The room is available for lunches, dinners and receptions.

If your event requires Audio-Visual equipment, please let us know in advance so we can set the room so all the guests can view the presentation.

We do have a screen on-site available for rental.

Wine Room

The Wine Room is ideal for a smaller group of 6 to 8 guests.

This room does require a scaled down menu, we do not serve A la carte menus in this room.

We would also be delighted to assist you in customizing a menu most appropriate for your evening.

Seasonal Tasting Menus do need to be requested in advance and requires full table participation.

Events in this room are subject to a $75 Event Fee with goes toward the reception, floral arrangements, printing and coordination of your event.

Due to space restrictions in this room we are not able to accommodate more that eight guests or Audio-Visual presentations of any kind.

 

 
 

 

General

Please contact us regarding Food and Beverage minimums.

As long as minimums are met, we do not charge a room fee.

Both private rooms require a guest confirmation 48 hours prior to the event.

This guest count will be considered the guaranteed number of attendees for the evening.

Sales tax of 8.5%, 4% SF Mandates, and gratuity of 20% will be added to all private parties.

To accommodate larger parties, or for a whole restaurant buy-out, please contact us directly.

Menu Selection Guidelines

In order to enhance your private dining experience at Acquerello, we have created several menu choices.

You may choose the number of courses you prefer in a set-menu format and we can work together to customize the menu selections for your event.

We also offer our Seasonal Tasting menu as an option for a unique experience for your dinner event.

Events in the Gold Room start with a standing reception with tray passed hors d' oeuvres and your selection of a reception wine.

Menus in this room start at four courses including for each guest: an appetizer, a pasta, entrée, and dessert. For each course prior to the entrée, the host may select one dish for all the guests to enjoy. For the entrée, the host may select two dishes for guests to choose from when they sit down for dinner on the evening of the event.

A customized menu will be printed and presented to each guest at the dinner.

Please advise us in advance of any special dietary needs in order for us to best accommodate them.

Menu Pricing

Four Course dinner $130 per person
Five Course dinner $150 per person
Seasonal Tasting Menu $200 per person
Pricing does not include wine, 8.5% sales tax, 4% SF Employer Mandates,
20% gratuity or the Event Fee.

Wine Selections

We have listed suggestions of wines to go with your menu above. However, you are welcome to select wines from our list, and our wine team would be happy to assist you. In order to guarantee the availability of a particular wine, we ask for notice 5 days prior to the date of your event.

We do not accept corkage in our Gold Room. Our regular corkage policy applies to the Wine Room.

Cancellation Policy

Credit card or check deposit is required for reserved parties; once under deposit, notice of cancellation in writing must be received at the restaurant at least 7 days prior to reservation date for a full refund.

Parking

Parking is available at the garage across the street from the restaurant; full-parking charges for all guests may be added to the master account.
